Privacy Policy
Summary: Daily Apps Studio is committed to transparency. We collect limited data — primarily to improve app stability, measure performance, and serve relevant ads. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
1. Overview
Daily Apps Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates a portfolio of mobile applications available on the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS), as well as the website getdailyapps.com (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Services. By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information: information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically through your use of our Services.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account registration details (name, email address), if applicable.
- User-generated content you submit within the app (e.g., food logs, preferences, forms).
- Health Data (Optional): Basic health information such as Weight, Height, and Health Goals, which you may choose to provide manually.
- Communications you send to us via email or contact forms.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), app version, and language settings.
- Usage data: Features accessed, screens viewed, session duration, tap/click events, and in-app interactions.
- Crash and performance data: Stack traces, error logs, app state at the time of crash, and performance metrics such as startup time and network latency.
- Network information: Internet connection type (Wi-Fi, mobile data) and general geographic region (country/city level, derived from IP address).
- Advertising identifiers: Mobile Advertising IDs (where applicable and with consent) used for ad personalization and measurement.
- Push notification tokens: Device tokens used to deliver push notifications managed via OneSignal, if you have granted permission.
2.3 Health Data Access and Usage
To adhere to privacy standards and ensure total transparency, we want to be explicit about how our applications handle health-related information:
- Optional Input: We may ask for basic health data like Weight, Height, and Health Goals. Providing this information is completely optional and not mandatory to use our apps.
- No Device Data Collection: We do not automatically collect, access, or sync any health or fitness data from your device's sensors, built-in health apps, or health platforms (such as Google Fit or Apple Health).
- Local Storage Only: All health data you choose to provide stays strictly on your device within the app. We do not sync, upload, share, or store any of your health data on our or any third-party servers. All data stays strictly on the app.
- Data Usage: The basic health data you enter is used exclusively within the app on your local device to enhance your experience, such as customizing your health goals, calculating relevant metrics, and tracking your personal progress locally.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- App functionality: To provide core features, personalize your in-app experience, and save your preferences.
- Crash analytics & stability: To identify and fix bugs and crashes, maintaining app reliability using Crashlytics.
- Performance monitoring: To measure and improve app speed, responsiveness, and overall quality using Firebase Performance Monitoring.
- Usage analytics: To understand how users interact with our apps and make data-driven improvements to features and UX using Google Analytics for Firebase.
- Advertising: To display relevant ads within our free apps via Google AdMob. Ad revenue allows us to keep our apps free of charge.
- Push notifications: To send relevant updates, alerts, or promotional messages via OneSignal, only when you have explicitly granted notification permissions.
- Legal compliance & safety: To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights and the rights of our users.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that significantly affect you in a legal or similarly important sense.
4. Third-Party Services & SDKs
Our applications integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services. These third parties may independently collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties, but we have chosen partners who maintain industry-standard privacy practices.
4.1 Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance)
We use Google Firebase services including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Performance Monitoring. These services collect usage patterns, crash diagnostics, and performance metrics. Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their privacy policy.
4.2 Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within our free applications. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve contextual or personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings (Android: Google Settings → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising).
4.3 Firebase Crashlytics
Crashlytics (a Google Firebase service) is used for real-time crash reporting. When your app crashes, Crashlytics automatically collects diagnostic information including the stack trace, device state, and OS version to help us diagnose and fix issues quickly. This data is pseudonymous and is not linked to your name or contact information.
4.4 OneSignal
We use OneSignal for push notification delivery. OneSignal may collect your device's push notification token, device type, OS version, and notification interaction data (e.g., whether you opened a notification). You can opt out of push notifications at any time via your device's notification settings.
4.5 Apple App Store & Google Play Store
When you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective platform may collect information related to your download and device. This data is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law:
- Crash logs: Typically retained for 90 days via Crashlytics.
- Analytics data: Retained for up to 14 months via Google Analytics for Firebase (default retention setting).
- Push notification tokens: Retained until you unsubscribe from notifications or uninstall the app.
- Account data (if applicable): Retained until you request account deletion or we terminate the service.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address listed in the Contact section below.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

9. International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated from India. Information we collect may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (where Google LLC and OneSignal are headquartered). These countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
When we transfer data internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
